Huawei P30 Pro, Mate 20 Pro and 15 more Huawei phones will get Android Q update

Huawei confirmed that most of its current popular devices like the Huawei P30 Pro will get updated to Android Q.

All Huawei smartphones and tablets will continue to receive security patches.

Honor 20 series is also believed to get the Android Q update.

Huawei has posted a statement on its official website, clarifying that "All Huawei smartphones and tablets will continue to receive security patches and Android updates." The statement goes on to say that popular current phones like the Huawei P30 series and the Mate 20 Pro will get updated to Android Q. The company has already launched a beta developer program for Android Q-based EMUI 10 and the company has begun testing over 17 devices.

The list of devices that will be updated to Android Q in the near future includes:

While these phones are confirmed to receive Android Q, it is also believed that the latest Honor 20i, Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro phones will also get the Android Q update.
